Universal Subconscious Mind – Part Two

Evidence of the Universal Subconscious Mind

(Part 2)

Here are the four types:

“Me versus my mind.” This emerges as self-consciousness, self-judgment and self-loathing. People experience this when they judge themselves for thinking negative thoughts about themselves. My client experienced the psychological separation from self with the belief “I am not good enough” and it led to the self-alienating idea, “I am unwanted by men”.

“Me versus my emotions.” This is the thought, that we should not feel the emotions we do feel. And since we feel emotions in our bodies, in this quadrant, (quadrants are shown in class) we try to separate from what our bodies feel. My client experienced this quadrant also. She attempted to escape the uncomfortable feelings by moving her residence to another continent. However, even though she was at a great distance from what she perceived was the source of her condition (her father), she continued to suffer.

“Me versus You, thinking.” This is the concept of, dominate, or be dominated. This is another place where the client and her father were stuck. Once she healed the subconscious thought “I am unwanted by men” she was able to accept him for who he really was, and had a better chance at a mutually loving relationship.

“I am separate from God, or Source, or the Universe, thinking.” Therefore, I am to some degree, at odds with God, or Source, or the Universe.  Examples of thinking “I am separate from Source,” goes back as far as Adam and Eve being sent out of the Garden of Eden. The natural psychological result of thinking that we are separate from the intelligence that is larger than us is — fear. And sadly, what we fear, we usually attack.

Solution: The Unified-Self

Experiencing the Unified-Self is the result of healing and integrating our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects. Then self-approving thoughts naturally occur, we are in harmony with our emotions, we feel compassion and connection to others, and finally, we feel like we belong and are one with the Universe. Being the Unified-Self sends ripples of harmony into the Universal Mind to create more harmony …

Our commitment to reduce suffering on Earth has inspired us to develop hypnotherapy methods to assist others in experiencing the Unified Self, and our students love it.
