Each month during the teleconference we will highlight a system of the body and ways for
Medical Support Hypnotherapists to work with issues that pertain to that body system.
For instance, in June we started with the digestive system.
It is estimated that 40 million Americans will suffer some degree of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
James Serendip delivered a comprehensive IBS script, which has been sent out to all of the participants.
In July we discussed the cardiovascular system and shared a case history and script for coronary by-pass.
In the next teleconference (Tuesday, August 19, 2008) techniques used on a heart transplant patient will be discussed in the first segment.
The remainder of the teleconference will be devoted to an open question format.
Questions can be on medical hypnotherapy or could include such topics as marketing your hypnotherapy practice, or clients with failure to progress.
Graduates often call the school with questions about a particular client they are working with.
These are great questions to bring to the teleconference.

We encourage interaction from tele-conference participants. We would like you to email

at least a week in advance of the teleconference. Then we will select cases to discuss during the
teleconference. Also, during the teleconference, we want you to share with your colleagues what
you have found useful as well. Yes, we will actually be encouraging a "cross share!"...This way we
are creating a community of support for each other, and expanding the knowledge base exponentially.

Cost: This is a benefit of IRMSH Fellowship. There is no charge for current IRMSH fellows.
For Academy Grads who are not yet IRMSH fellows: To defray the cost of the teleconference there will be a $15 fee per month.
Your registration must be received by the end of the day Monday, August 18 to participate.
